3rd Time's a Charm - '02 4 cyl TJ

So, this is the 3rd jeep I've owned, and I'll use this thread to track its progress through its tenure in my garage.

For reference...

Jeep 1:

Jeep 2:

And this one, Jeep 3:

Step 1b is a 2.5" suspension lift, going on now:

Step 1a was getting rid of those steps on the side of the jeep and blacking out the chrome headlight bezels, with a bumper chop for good measure. Stay tuned for more; I'm off next week- and change cometh

Looks like this'll be a diary, since I'm the only one writing in it lol.

Steering skid on, tie rod next.

Rockers aren't installed yet; they come with hardware to mount to the portion of the tub under the doors, but I think I'm going to buy nutserts to use the holes under the tub as mount points too.

Nutserts & drill bit just ordered to secure the bottom holes of the rock sliders, and they've just been sanded and shot with the first coat of self etching primer. Pics soon when I go back out to shoot them again.

Not very often you see wet primer; the stuff dries so fast...
