Thank you! I used rustoleum bed liner if I remember correctly. It looks great, but it is really rough to the touch, not that we touch the roof very often though.

As for the flares, I watched a ton of youtube vids and read forums. :-) Then I taped them off with masking tape until I liked how it looked. I cut them with a dremel but I would use something else if I were to do it again. The cut off wheels on the dremel gummed up pretty quick and I went through a lot of blades. I still had to sand the edges after too. I bet a new blade on a utility knife would work well with a few passes. Or maybe a jigsaw.

Pretty big update over the weekend. I installed:
1. Teraflex HD44 front axle, with stock shaft (new u-joints), 5.13 gears, stock e-locker.
2. Metalcloak track bar.
3. Rancho long arm front kit, but we cut the radius brackets off the LAs and used Teraflex adjustable upper arms. We also cut the rear joints off and welded Metalcloak adjustable joints on them.
4. Swapped out my Sport transfer case for a Rubi to get 4:1.

Left to do:
1. Order my front driveshaft from Tattons (they are local to me, so I just need to drive over there and have Curtis measure it)
2. Wire up the lockers
3. I forgot to get a steering stabilzer so I need to pick that up from Teraflex and install
4. Plus, my tie rod is hitting the front diff cover slightly at full driver-side turn so I need to figure that out

This is where my 4:1 will go :-)

Got my alignment done and installed my front drive shaft. Finally! I have 4x4 again. I've been without a front drive shaft for about 4 months.

I was just flipping through the classifieds and saw that you were trying to sell your tires/wheels. What are you going to? Bigger?

Nah, 37" is as big as I want to go with this motor. I am dropping down to a 17" beadlock wheel so I need new tires as well.

Put 500 miles on since the new front end went it, so I changed the fluid for Lucas Oil synthetic. 48oz of mud came out of the front diff.

I wired up my lockers and went out for a run at a local trail. Half way through, I realized I had wired the relays wrong and got them fixed. It was a good day.

So, it turns out that when I long armed my front axle, it pushed my axle forward a bit, which I figured it would. However, I didn't think about what other issues that might cause. It looks like my sway bar is now touching, or within a hair of, my springs. I'm trying to decide if I should try and move the factory sway bar forward an inch or something else. I have been offered a Teraflex dual-rate sway bar for a great deal, but after Christmas and some personal responsibilities, its not available immediately. Thoughts?

^^ Currie anti-rock in the front and Teraflex sway bar in the rear. Problem solved, except I can't install the TF in the rear until I mount my raceline wheels because my 18" Monsters don't have enough backspacing.
