Alright. Went back out wheeling some more on the drive on beach. It wasn't my transfer case shifter. It was Definitley my front driveshaft u joints. Didn't want to push the 4wd too hard being 2 states away from home. Will replace them when I get home. Here's some pics. Saw a bunch of wild horses also. Got within feet of them.

Heading back home from vacation tomorrow. Ordered 4 Bilstein 5100s from Kolak for a great price. Going to get those installed as soon as possible. Waiting for MML and BL to get to my house. And trying to save up money for my 35s and wheels.

Great pics of Corolla , this is a great time of the year to be there . Did you stay north of the pavement ? And for anyone that hasnt been there Corolla is not pronounced like the car

No I wish I had. Stayed in the gated community behind the Harris teeter. Have some more pics. We are packing up to go home as I'm typing this. And yes folks it's not pronounced like the Toyota.

Wait so there's just wild horses wondering around the beach? Is there a ton of open land they live on or just in people's back yards lol? That's awesome, those horses are livin the life haha!

The horses are descendants from the Spanish Galleon days . I grew up there , and I remember when they were all over the beach . Now they are contained north of the pavement . And they eat the heck out of grassy back yards

Lots of info about the wild horses .

Yeah. It's awesome. I love the outer banks. Just got home from the trip. Jeep is taking a breath in my driveway. It's been a fun long vacation but it feels good to be home. The wild horses down there are amazing. I got within feet of them as you can see in one pic. BL and MML are here. And new Bilstein 5100s are on the way from Kolak. Just saving up for 35x12.5x15 KM2s and 15x8 D Window black wheels.

Nice pick on the BFG's, those will be my next tires. Summitracing.com has black D windows for 40 bucks a piece, those are the wheels i run.

Thanks for the heads up. Definitley gonna do my research before giving my money to anyone. Gotta find the best deal. I like the look of them. Better than the overused soft 8s.
