Did you do the wiring upgrade for your fog lights and headlights?

No stock wiring for head lights, bulbs just plug-n-play. I used the wiring kit that came with the KC's.

One of my favorite not over done builds. Your rig is about the same set up I am going for. Well done.

Nice jeep build dude. Could have sworn I saw your cruiser #12 a couple weeks ago on Rt. 1 south in Saugus.

Changed my oil today. I switched to a 10W40. I was told by my mechanic to try it, and see if the thicker oil would stop the rear mail seal leak. So we will see.

My rear main seal's been leaking for oh, bout 50k now. One of these days I'll have to fix it, LOL! I used 10w-40 for a while, but didn't seem to slow it down any,and as a result started getting lifter knock on cold mornings, so back to 10w-30 I went.

I had the rms fixed once already. I was worried about the lifter knock. lf it doesnt stop the leak, I will switch back to 10w30. Also, my oil change cost me $33. It used to be around $25.. did oil prices go up?

Have you seen the price of gas lately! Hiway robbery I tell you! Just went to $4 gal here. I run Mobil 1 full synthetic, so if I'm lucky I can get the 5 qt jug from WallyWorld when it's on sale for bout $23. That's the other reason my rear main leaks, but I would rather have the full synthetic protection/performance. I thought I read somewhere peeps were using 15/40 Delo since it had the Zinc additives to help with the lifter noise.

The 10W-40 to me, feels like the engine is running smoother, and starting easier.

Been running the new oil, it didn't stop the leak, but it has been running a lot better.
