2003Tj Anti~Dinosaur Jeep(build/question thread)

This is my DD build/question thread. I wanna make this my baby crawler.

First time i was off road was back when i was in the Singapore army. I was stationed in Brunei and would accompany our drivers out. They drove land rovers, i believe they were 5speed manuals. Love going through water and sand with them.

My Jeep looks like the Jeep in my dreams, except I'm getting chased by a huge T-rex.

This is how the Jeep sits currently

2003 Tj X
Auto
265/75/16 Goodyear duratrac
2"spacer lift + Elderbrock shocks
K & N Cold air intake
D30 front 3.73
D35 rear 3.73 with disk brakes

My list of to do's as of now:
1. install high lift
2. install body lift/ motor mount lift and savvy gts
3. sye and new drive shaft
4. install my 8.8
5. order the rest of my parts for my tummy tuck
6. order pre filter for my k&n cai

In the future:
Cb radio
Delta headlights
35's (BFG Km2 or GY kevs or GY Duratrac )
lockers
Dana44 for the front
super 88 kit for my 8.8
armor
metal cloak over lines
snorkel(?)

Get rid of the tube bumper and nerf bars. I have heard that the Currie Anti-rock sway bar is the way to go. I don't have one yet but I will.

The bumpers will go but I haven't found a decent rear carrier yet. Eyeing metal cloak's front bump, those look awesome. The steps will have to stay for the time being, I'm 5foot 7 and barely tall enough to climb in. When give my shorter family members a ride it's just meh. Will look into curries anti lock thanks

Remove the fake Rubicon stickers and the chrome tube bumper. Then get yourself some corner armor.

I would. Clean it up and put some primer on the bare metal, then get yourself something like these:

Or full corners if you so desire. Much cheaper than paying someone to do the body work and repaint for you.

I have the Metalcloak Overline front fenders and I highly recommend them. As for the tire carrier, it is made by Or-Fab.

not many options for your rear corner except some armor, unless you wanna get a puller and yank it out, work it with some bondo, and have it painted. Good luck with that.

What he said. Its not hard, I do them in class in about 2 hours. Just takes time and practice to make them look right.

I'm not a very mechanical kind of guy, still learning.
It looks alot better in that pic, before that me and a bud used a hammer and some wood to straighten it out.

As for the fenders, I'm about to pull the trigger on the bumper+ rear armor
I prefer the arch fenders but

Nice build dafuzz

*edit*
just looked up or-fab, the carrier is for the Jk.
