Hey fellow twin....we have exact twin WJ's. I love mine too. Did mine about 3-4 years ago. 3" IRO, 17" Unique steelie's, Rubi take-off MT's, Hella lights, black on tan murdered out. Holla if you hit Badlands....I did fine there last summer. Seen your ride and laughed how identical we are.

Ive gotta get outside and start shoveling and salting the driveway from the snow weve gotten the last couple days. Afterwards, I'll pull the Jeep into the garage and start installing the driver front mirror, and maybe the Hellas also. Thinking of mounting on the front bumper.

Ive been procrastinating like a sally.

FedEx man dropped these off today.

This time I'm going to clear coat them before I install them...which bring up another point. I wont be installing them at least until the snow is over with...so March/April maybe. And Im for sure not driving the Grand in the winter any longer. Going to undercoat the bottom as soon as the weather permits. So I guess I should start considering getting another TJ before next winter rolls around.

So Ive got these sitting, waiting for a clearcoat. Ive got the Bilstein steering stabilizer, waiting for a clearcoat, the Hella 500's, waiting to be installed, and a driver side mirror, all boxed up.

It was either the JCR's or IRO, and the IROs were about 75$ more. Plus I have a buddy near Kalamazoo that I haven't seen in awhile so I can drop by and say what's up.

I'll be sure to post some pics. Going to prep them and spray them as soon as I get them

A few days ago I picked up some front tow hooks, and painted them red. Also painted my rear shackle red.

Also mounted up the Hellas on front bumper. It was getting late so I didnt feel like wiring them up. Will have to get to that this weekend.

Last weekend I drove down to Champaign and picked up this rear swingout bumper/tire carrier combo. Its one made by Custom 4x4 Fabrication

Plans are to sand it, clean it up, and spray it. Its kind of heavy though.

I called JCR Offroad to get an update on my sliders. They should be finished within the next couple of days. Cant wait to drive out there to pick them up!

Also, decided to go a different route with my bumpers, and am talking to a friend of a friend, who is going to give me a good deal and build me a front slimline style bumper with built in stinger, as well as a matching rear bumper. So I'm putting the swingout I picked up awhile ago for sale.

Quick small update. Sold the swingout, and finally picked up my JCR sliders. These things a freaking awesome! The craftsmanship and the work is top notch. The staff at JCR was super friendly. Can't wait til I have time to prep them and spray them! I'll post some pics tomorrow once I unload 'em from the Jeep.
