Just wondering, why are you gearing to 4.88? You will burn a lot of gas if you drive a lot. But great looking jeep, I've always wanted a yellow wrangler. Are you putting Aussies in the front or rear? I hear they aren't too good in the rear axle

im going with 4.88s because the right deal came up for a regear and i cant take the 3.07s anymore...

as for the aussie its going in the front - i know a lot of people say lock the rear first but the locker i got for cheap and couldnt resist and i wouldnt put it in the rear due to a lot of negatives about the automatic lockers in the rear

Don't worry.....when you go to 37's the 4.88's will make perfect sense....but, then the D-35 and D-30 will have to go....Oh well.....gas is cheap again...until the 21st anyway.....
