2.5 ax5 to 4.0HO aw4 into my YJ

OK guys Im new to this jeep thing but now obssessed I have a 1993 YJ with a 2.5 and I just picked up a 4.0 HO from an 03 jeep. I also just picked up an AW4 tranny my question is what PCM do I need to look out for here. does it matter if its auto or manual since the TCM or TCU electronically controls this tranny anyways. Has anybody done this swap?
