1998 Jeep Sahara

How bout it fellow jeep fans. im looking at a hunter green 98 4.0 5 speed sahara with 125000 miles.it has a little lift on it and black soft top. there is two bad spots that are scratched up on the passenger side and the frame in between the windshield and passenger window is pretty dented. guy says the person he bought it from was trail riding and fell into a small enbankment. got up under it and saw no signs of frame damage or rust. inside is clean and it drives well.wanted 8500 but i got hit to 7500 cause it needs paint job and new tires. what are your thoughts on this? also what kind of mpg would it get with 33x12.5x15 mud tires? ill be using it for hunting/cotton scouting/keeping miles off of my truck.thanks for any responses!
