Those decisions are usually made when you're one step closer and see how one thing looks and whether or not you like it lol. At least for me

The green shock boots definitely don't match the "red paint" haha but they'll look good when I get it monstalined!

Got both axles centered almost PERFECT, off by less than 1/8 of an inch, fixed my interior lights and only needed a fuse. Went and bought two hockey pucks, and JB Welded them to the axle inside the coil, to use as extended bumpstops an those babies ain't going anywhere lol. Took it on a close back dirt road with big pot holes and ruts and small mud/water puddles, everything did pretty well

And no death wobble at 70 mph after hitting bumps! Adjustable control arms with new bushings solved that problem!

So, last night when I got home after a 30 min ride in the jeep with the ac on high... passenger floor board was soaking wet, so I need to blow out the drain line, and possibly, cut the hole in the wheel well and add a 3" tube... Also, broke the passenger side headlight already lol that didn't take long!

It looks great just is only connected by one "attachment rod" or "adjustment rod" so it's loose... I'm tempted to yank the NEW OEM lights I just installed awhile ago and put in a single housing headlight...

You have certain ones in mind? I thought about aftermarket ones off ebay but hear bad things about most. Other than three piece ones that are similar to stock lol. I decided to tint my blinkers instead and pop in Sylvania xfe's or whatever the newest whitest brightest light they have is I think that will dramatically help day and night time appearance. Guess I'll see when it's all done haha

Yeah I have everything tinted EXCEPT the actual headlights... I like it I just hate that the front headlights take 6 pieces in the front.. All the ebay ones I've seen so far are junk. I'll prolly just keep these new stock ones and find a way to mount them a little better and more secure. MAY get projectors in the future.. but that will be after about another $1000 worth of stuff I'm planning on doing to the jeep lol

Rear adjustable control arms for upper and lower, monster lining, and 32's All terrains, and front bumper, those are my top priority right now. $$ is tight right now, waiting on my gf and I to move and get settled and couple big payments of student loans to get taken care of... then I can start dumping $$ back into the jeep lol

One thing that sucks about owning a jeep: there's so much aftermarket support that you always want to dump more money into it in mods

Been extremely busy lately!! I have kind of been having some major life changes happening! I got engaged couple months ago, and I found out couple weeks ago I'm going to be a daddy!!! Well, anyways, between all that and still trying to run my own business I haven't had much time to work on the ZJ! BUTTTT This past weekend I had some free time and this is what I got done:

-Painted the wheels matte black, used primer, rattle cans, and matte clear coat... I think they look AWESOME!
-Started to sand some of the hood, to get the peeling clear coat off...
-Soldered the dimming and headlight switch to stop the flickering of my dash lights
-Took out the VIC and tried to bring it back, and no luck on that! lol Either have to buy a new one or stick in a switch panel.
- Tried to diagnose why I do NOT have a working horn still lol used a test light and worked my way back to the fuse box under the hood, the horn "fuse" has power and works, the horn "relay" seems to not be getting any power to it... Don't know what I'm going to do about that yet..

Here are some pictures of the wheels!
