1993 jeep Cherokee xj build

I have a 93 jeep Cherokee. I wanna put a 4.5" add a leaf lift on it by rough country. It don't come with the adjustable track bar. Can I use the stock one and will I need a yoke thing. I'm new to this stuff iv always wanted a sick *** lifted jeep. I wont be doing a lot of off roading but when I do i don't wanna be scared to jump into a mud whole or a deep muddy road. Can some help me out. I'm on a budget. I'm a high school student. I got 500 dollars as of right now to get a lift.

I'm running the exact same lift right now you just drill a new hole for the track bar and you don't need a slip yoke eliminator.
