1988 XJ Fixup

I got it for a DD but i needed some work.

Stuff i did so far:
  1. Fix Rusted Floor Pan
  2. Brake Likes
  3. New Radiator
  4. New Water Pump
  5. New Starter
  6. New Battery
  7. 2" BB Lift
  8. Ajustable Track Bar
  9. Custom Bumpers
  10. New Windsheild
  11. Tint
  12. New Seats

One in one to go...


All done!

Now i just need to shampoo the seats a little.

Holy crap! that storage unit is awesome!

Is it a store bought or did you make it yourself? If you made it, got any construction pics or plans you can post up?

built it.

Used 3 x 10 ft 1x4 for the drawers and 1x6 for the frame.

To make the drawers i routed a 1/4" notch for the bottom to sit in so its made just like real drawers.

The sliders are 24" with 100Lbs capacity.

here is some photos, Its amazing what carpet does to stuff making it look good.

ok so 4 months later i have now Swapped the transmission, redid the head liner, new carpet on floor, rebuilt the rear leaf pack and she now sits level, put armor on the rear tank (after getting rear ended), and a tow hitch...

And the first flexing pics.


With front sway bar connected.
