1972 jeep truck torn on color and motor swap

I need some advice... I have a 1972 jeep j 2000 that I am redoing. The truck has an actual 44k miles on a 258 engine and runs like a new one. The color is the baby blue (worst color possible). The interior is perfect which is crazy for the year. My trouble is that I am considering a motor and color swap. Do I gain in cool $$ what I am losing in original $$. side note... try to find a tailgate for one of these. took me 6 months and I had one down the street the entire time.. Paid the guy $300 to take it off a junker but in perfect shape. Any color ideas or motor suggestions??
