My news! Got another today that has everything I didn't have with this one to finish it. Abd it has some upgrades. Like power steering which I don't have in my current one. It has a clean 304 I'm going to store and build later in a few years and swap it in. Abd it has everything I need to get my brakes done! And it has a title and vin plate as well. It's a 77 Levi's edition cj5

well everyone after too long here is an update. i took the power steering out of the 'new' cj that i got and put it in mine. and i too the shaft and column with it as it was in much better shape than the one i had in before was. and the 'new' cj had a totally unmolested pretty much untouched wire harness so i swapped that into the cj as well now i have to figure out the wiring. and since i switched the column i now have a turn key start!! i also am going to swap in d35 brakes from an 89 yj onto the amc20 because the backing plates have the same bolt pattern and all i have to do now is redrill the drums to 5x5.5. this will be free brakes now! i now have another cj sitting in my yard to be parted out if anyone needs any parts. it has a 304 t150 d20 combo. i was thinking of keeping the 304 to build later but i figured that i wont do it and itll just take up room in the shop. nice to work on the cj again and now it has a title and is officially a 77 cj5. swapped the clean title and vin plate from the 'new' cj to this one. glad to be back
