An atlas would be nice (4spd would be pimp) but it's not really in the budget. Think I'm going straight to a Dana 300 and save the 231 for a doubler later down the road.

Cage is in the plans, but want to get it moving on its own again first. Can't decide if I want an interior cage or exo it.

Anyway I like the work, and ill stop n periodically and check up on it. Consider a comp cut in the rear!
I considered a 4 link and probably will do it later down the road. I want to get this wheeling asap, so staying with leaves in the rear is quicker and cheaper. I was into my last project 2 1/2 years and only got to wheel it a couple of times and kinda lost interest in it. Not sure if I'm doing a comp cut, but the rear if fixing to loose a lot of sheetmetal.

exo it!!!

So many people to thank here's a start to the list
Spidertrax, Yukon, rustys, warn, branik, PSC, advance adapters, Bad wheels, interco, essentially off-road. And many more

Most of all thanks too Ian Johnson and the xtreme off-road crew for all their work, and 4 wheel to heal for their part in it too.

Today I picked up some 3x3x3/16" angle iron to make frame stiffeners. Tomorrow I'll be picking up a Dana 300.

What's your plan with the Dana 300?

I've got one going in, too. Wondering what you're doing: drop it low or hammer to floorboards or cut out floorboards, mechanical shifters, cable shifters, etc?

Cut and rebuild around it with an access hole to check/fill the fluid. Not sure on shifters yet, but this set up is kinda cool.

Pushed it outside today so I can start cleaning up the garage. Also fired it up for the first time in a while and let in run a bit.

C-ROK no longer makes that exo, apparently - even though it's on their page still.

I can't remember, I think it was a member here that asked.. "fairlanetruckin" or something or other. Black Cherokee on Rubi 44's, 37"s, Bushwackers etc..
