My build will be slightly different then most's build, this Jeep wasn't too bad so I had to buy. We own a used auto parts salvage yard in PA so I have access to any salvage auction pretty much. Got a 2006 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon LJ 60,030 miles hit ever so lightly in the left front, left fender has small damage but nothing to bother me, put the flare on it and its good enough, transfer case front half was cracked and the front axle needs some TLC, going to be a slow build but winter is coming so I need something to do so this will start my build.

To Do List:
-4" Currie Lift
-anti rock front
-Fox IFP Shocks
-34"-35" tires, thinking about Pro Comp MT2
-Currie rear trac bar
-1" brown dog MML
-1.25" JKS body lift
-tummy tuck from hardcore offroad
-Tom Woods rear shaft
-fluid change from front to back
-novak cable shifter

Future list:
-want to change front and rear bumpers to something else
-different flares or flat/tube fenders
-regear

Here are some pics.

Here's pics of the Jeep its self.

Bent control arms/axle

Front half of transfercase pieces

All fixed

1.25" JKS body lift to install and 1" Brown Dog MML

Local built tummy tuck by one of my good friends

My plans for the jeep include currie 4" lift, 34-35" tires, Novak cable 4wd shifter, banks exhaust, already has a winch and old man emu lift on it, going to sell those items. also eventually going to sell the mopar bumpers once I figure out what I want to put on it. it's a very clean jeep, came from the Philadelphia area. Spotless underneath, never been offroad or driven in winter. I still have my 98 Tj as well. Also have fluids/filters to change all on the jeep.

Got the body lift installed in about 30 minutes

Also got the front axle out to start straightening it

Novak shifter is supposed to show up on UPS today, that will be next part going on, then the transfercase and skid will go back in. And the MML will also be going in at the same time.

I should of went with that MML, looks a lot nicer compared to my spacer lift. You going to do anything with your steering and brakes?

TJ on 35's is scary let alone a LJ! Vanco makes a nice BBK and Currie makes a heat treated

Savvy also has pre-adjusted fox RR's too. Thats the route I'm going for my TJ once I sell my tblazer

They also have HD LCA mounts:

Pretty sure those work for D44 bc they have the same tubes as the lil brother

I know you have the welder and skills figured I throw that out since it looks like yours got a hit

I already have HD lower control arm mounts, came last week, I'm just going with normal FOX ifp shocks, no need to spend that much on shocks. Steering will probably be Currie. I have plenty experience with 35s on a TJ this is my second jeep, I still have my other one that I've had about 5+ years now on 35s. I don't daily drive them, nor hardly see 3000 miles a year, mostly trail vehicle, Rausch Creek is where it likes to spend time. Built my own 98 TJ and helped several of my friends build many a TJ/Cherokee's

Got super behind over the holidays. worked on it tonight finally after work for a little bit. Got the transfercase back in, tried to get my shifter working but the angles the brackets have the cable at are binding everything up, go figure, nothing ever seems to bolt on smoothly on a Jeep. Also got started on installing the GM filler neck hose to prevent the overflow. Going to have a OME lift for sale here soon, should have every piece, the LF shock is dented, it collapses and extends without any interference but it is dented if anyone would be interested in the lift.

The angle of the bracket is way off on the body side, thinking I'm going to have to pull it off and either try and use some spacers or tweak the bracket a bit. The way it is now it points the cable up towards the tub which is causing it to bind. Going to wrench a little more tonight on it. Need to get my exhaust all fixed, probably going to have to cut the exhaust and reweld it for the front control arm, might as well do it all now while the skid is off. Once that is done need to straighten my front axle out. Once I got that nice a straight the Jeep will be ready for me to order the lift.

Made some progress, currie shock shifters didn't do it for me so I did away with them. got rear shocks on. got my trac bar but it was manufactured with grease zerk on wrong side so waiting on replacement from currie. also needed a lower Trans mount, waiting on that from ucf. back is all done other than trac bar and diff cover/fluid change.
