05 WK 4.7l pcm reprogram or bigger throttlebody

Hi Jeep enthusiasts. I have been slowly working on my 05 Grand Cherokee with a 4.7. Gibson exhaust, k&n intake, eibach springs and a timely buff job. I am looking for more towing power and low end hole shot. I found a speed shop in Va.that will reprogram my pcm for $375 but Id need to buy a second one to ship to them. Or do I go with a bigger 70mm aftermarket throttlebody? I was told buying a handheld programmer wont get me where I need to go, but sending out will give me the power boost I need.
Im looking for my fellow Jeep owners who have already been through this. I dont currently have a ton of money, so Im trying to get out of this one as cheap as possible. Help is appreciated
