02 TJ Build on a Budget

Here's my 02 TJ, Lucy Long. Shes my daily (for now) so my build won't be anything too crazy until I get something else as a daily and can keep ol Lucy as a toy. So far I've:
Hacked the stock exhaust off and replaced it with a Flowtech Redhot glasspack

Cut the front fender flares, removed bumper end caps, and added tow hooks and LED pods

Removed said LED pods and installed fog lights instead (KC Apollo pro 100w) and an Olympic 4x4 front bar

Attached a flag pole holder to the tire carrier, and a rugged ridge cb antenna mount behind the rear tail light for my 5' firestik firefly

I've also replaced my stock (and broken) swaybar links with a set of quick disconnects from Rubicon Express, bought a bikini top and windjammer for the summer, and removed the factory 3rd brake light.

Installed my new exhaust yesterday and my missing hanger today. Sounds awesome!

I think it's time for a new steering stabilizer, she likes to wander alot. I'll also check the rod ends to make sure they're still tight and top off my slightly leaky power steering system.

As usual with all projects, plans change. My project is no exception! The previous build plans I posted are NOT what I will be doing to this Jeep. Instead, I'm going with a CJ7 throwback with my own little flare! I've never actually seen anyone do a decent CJ throwback with a TJ other than jscherb, though he used an LJ. I will be doing something COMPLETELY different! He replaced the front clip with custom fabbed parts, whereas I will be just modifying the stock TJ parts and panels to resemble the CJ, but still keeping the TJ styling. I'll be starting a new thread on this because my build plans have completely changed and dont exactly fit in with the "on a budget" theme.
