Comments: I bought it two years ago and the plate didn't line up correctly on the bumper. I had to grind a bit off where the plate met the driver side sway bar bracket. One of the holes didn't line up so I had to elongate the hole a bit to fit. No big deal, just wish it mounted right up to begin with.

Comments: I've bought several items from AtoZ in the past, and have had good luck with them. The products were built well and there were no problems with the purchase. I've found out the hard way that if things go well, you really are in no position to rate a company. It's when something is messed up that the company shines or doesn't. AtoZ failed this miserably.

The winch plate I bought had a manufacturing defect. The brace that runs the length of the plate underneath was welded in crooked, such that it stuck out from the bottom by a quarter inch on one side. This prevented the plate from sitting flat across my bumper, it rocked back and forth. In order to fix this, I would need to grind the brace down from one end of the plate to the other. The part that was the most frustrating is that I paid extra for powdercoating for the sole purpose of not having to paint the winch plate.

For 2 weeks I tried to contact AtoZ and continually got an answering machine. They would not return my calls. I also tried multiple emails that were never answered. I even went so far as to post a product review on their website, just to get their attention in hopes of a reply. No big surprise that my review never got through the moderator, and I didn't hear from them either.

I wasn't looking to ship the plate back, that would be an expensive and time consuming fix. All I wanted was to be reimbursed for the powdercoat, since the integrity of that coating was ruined and I had to resort to painting it anyway.

AtoZ usually builds a good product, but if things have gone wrong, their customer service doesn't exist. Buyer Beware.
