Pros: 3/16" Thick Armor

Cons: I ordered these to go with their Stage 2 Rear Bumper I also ordered and to continue the protection from between the rear tires and the bumper's end caps. The two bends that should line up with the rear bumper's end caps are 1/2" too far apart and create a gap between the mounting surface of the stock body panel and the backside of the armor. When I held them tight to the body on the top holes, I could fit my finger behind in between the body panel and the JCR Armor. Unless I made a spacer between each hole, they will just mangle the stock body panel when I tighten them down. They looked very poor together next to their bumper.

I wound up NOT using the Lower 1/4 Panel Armors for this reason. And they would not take them back even after showing them a clear picture of the differences. They told me it was within acceptable tolerances, that they were computer designed and that they could not have made a mistake for that reason. I say even though a part is CNC designed, it still requires someone to enter in all the information.

JCR's quality control is by far the worst I have seen. I ordered nearly their entire product line and I had major problems with each and every item I ordered. Most requiring major modifications to make them work and all of which were very disappointing. The worst part of it was that they would not accept responsibility for any of their mistakes giving me delayed responses of being "within acceptable tolerances."

If you are in the market for any of JCR Offroad's products, I would strongly advise against it! Please see my build thread for multiple pictures and detailed explanations regarding my dealings with them and their front and rear bumpers, sliders, quarter panel armor and 1-ton steering. There are so many other great manufacturers out there to choose from. I wouldn't recommend JCR to my worst enemy.

Here are 4 pics of the rear lower quarter panel armor how they came out of the box:

And here it is after I wasted hours cleaning them up, rewelding the back sides, sanding, sanding, sanding, priming, sanding, priming, sanding, painting. All to find out they don't line up, neither to the stock body lines/panels underneath nor their own product on the end caps of their rear bumper.
