Pros: look great.
Cons: price
Recommended? Yes

Comments: They are a great product but probably not worth the price. I figured we would try them out and see how they do. They look nice on the jeep.

Pros: Stylish looking
Cons: Rusts quickly Poor Quality control Scratches paint Horrible Customer Service

Comments: I bought these after one of my factory hood latches snapped. I thought I was upgrading the quality of hood latch, and getting something slick looking. They are slick looking, alright. Up until the steel parts start to rust. That took about 2 weeks. Also, the spring loaded ball bearing which locks the pin in place fell out within a month. The edge of the mount base rubbed the paint right off my hood in a spot. Basically, just over priced chinese junk...

I called Drake Off Road 3 times in an attempt to get them to refund, or replace my latches. The first time was within 30 days of purchase. Every time I spoke with someone different, and gave them all of my information, and was told they would ship replacement parts (not even a full kit). I never received the parts. I called back a 4th time after about 4 months, and they claimed the latches were out of warranty, it was not their fault, and they had no record of me EVER calling. The Quadratec website lists them as having a one year warranty... Too bad I didn't order from Quadratec, as then I could've gotten a refund, or replacement for this junk...

Save your money, and just stick with the factory style latches. They'll last MUCH longer.
