Pros: very bright, very longrange
Cons: none

Comments: I installed them on my stock KJ bumper so I had some deal of difficulty installing them but they are great and worth all the effort. I normally lead on night wheeling trips since I have them

Price: $130.00
Pros: very bright, well made, easy to install depending on where they mount.
Cons: the smiley face covers are pretty cheap plastic, crack easily.
Recommended? Yes

Comments: I have a Carr light bar on my roof. the lights are $130 per pair. i have 4 lights total, 2 middle lights are a wider driving beam, the outside lights are long range spot beam. this is a perfect set up with some good headlights as well. the spot lights will reach out plenty far, and the driving beams give a nice wide field of view up close. I take my jeep on night runs with them all the time. as long as you know the trail and don't get lost, these lights are well worth their price.

Price: $250.00
Pros: Ton of light...quality
Cons: Parking garage
Recommended? Yes

Comments: You can probably pick these up for less...I got 4 with all the wiring. Was replacing 16 year old KC's. Lights it up...not that you need it that often. When you do you'll be all set. High quality...have banged them around in garages and car washes...made solid.

Pros: Bright as hell, 23yr warranty,
Cons: A bit bulkier than I expected for mounting on the winshield
Recommended? Yes

Comments: Black 130W Off-Road / Long Range Kit. Light tends to get pretty hot if the Jeep isn't moving.

Comments: Go for it. They work really well with the light bar that I bought made b y Omix-Ada. Not too expensive and they really work well. Very well made. $130 for the pair i think.

KC HiLites 6" Black Daylighters
Price: $120.00
Pros: Seems to be indestructible (have broken branches with them), bright, easy enough to do a clean install on my YJ.
Cons: Wish the beam was wider, drains battery quickly when engine is off (but is to be expected)
Recommended? Yes

Comments: I have mine mounted on the windshield hinges of my YJ, easy to wire up and do a clean install (had to drill one hole through the firewall to wire the switch), hardest part of the install was taking the 15 year old factory windsheild bolts off.

They have been really durrable, and have taken a gew hard hits from branches. I have the plastic stone guards, and they have protected the lens in those hits, and have held up themselves, surprisingly strong for a plastic guard.

The only thing I wish was that they had a wider beam, but I am planning on order a set of KC 6" fog lights for the bumper to compliment them.

Anyway, the original 6" daylighters are the best bang for buck when it comes to quality lighting. They have been around for ages, and are considered the standered for the reason.
