T&T Customs' Tube Fenders are a unique way to beef up your stock front clip and add some style to your jeep at the same time. They've become popular because a stock fender becomes junk once it's touched by a foreign object where the tube fender can handle the abuse that a jeep owner typically dishes out.
There are now many choices for tube fenders. Some come in kits that you have to assemble, some re-use the stock fender as the foundation for the tube fenders, and others are a hybrid of the two. The last and most favorable solution for tube fenders is a direct bolt-on replacement. At this time we are one of two companies who offer such a solution and the only company who manufactures our entire product in the United States. We're just too proud to do it any other way.
# Advantages to a Full Replacement Fender: Stock Fenders can be sold or saved for a later time (trade in?)
# 100% bolt-on install
# No special tools or talents necessary
# Features: Stretched wheel well allows running one size larger tire on the same lift
# Fenders jig welded and assembled
# 3", 4.5", or 6" of wheel coverage
# Fenders ship with new battery mounting bracket
# Integrated inner fender has room for mounting all accessories
# Requires AirAid (or similar) aftermarket filtration system
Our full replacement fenders do allow for the use of all stock under-the-hood accessories. Once the fenders are installed the components will almost tell you where they need to go. Every popular model (base to Rubicon) has been tested and can be done with no more than simple hand tools and a drill.
When installing these fenders you will be required to remove and replace your stock battery mounting bracket as it will no longer fit on the new fenders. We supply you with a new battery mounting bracket with the order of each set of tube fenders.

They went on fairly easy but they are not bolt on (bolt on is a myth) . I don't care for the gap on the inner fender but surprisingly, the engine compartment stays dry so I'll live with it. I love em
need some tweeking before you paint and mount them.

Comments: I love the look and the durability; however, you will definitely need to pre-fit them before you paint and mount them. There are some small adjustments needed
Tough as nails and look great. Best route to take if you need even to replace just the front fenders. The price I listed was for Feb of 08 and I did all four corners for what it was going to cost me in two new factory fenders not including what I would have had to spend on new flares that were just going to get tore off again. This is the best route to take to get the most bang for you buck.
Cons
On the inner fender both inside and out where they over lap it is hard to get this area sealed up. But other than that still a great product

Comments: Very tuff stuff. You will have to have some good C-Clamps and a couple of strong friends to help you fit everything into place to drill your holes, bolt them on and I would also recomend doing this before you have them painted. Everything pretty much went right into place. Also would recommend getting all stainless steel hardwear. Not that there is anything wrong with bolts they supply but stinless steel bolts will cause you less problems down the road and make instilation a lot easier. These have been on my rig since Feb 08 and the only issues I have encoutered is where the inner and outer fenders overlap I did not get these areas sealed up as I had mine powder coated and moister gets in there and it has caused surface rust to form on the edges. I need to have them sand blasted and either weld these areas up or just have them painted and use a good seam sealer on these areas. Other than this they are still a great product and if i would ever have to do another Jeep I would buy another set of them. Very good stuff.
Very complete highline fenders, no cutting of the original fenders required. No more rubbing 35's
Cons
price may seem a bit high, but the product you get is well worth it. instructions for under-hood accessory mounting is vague at best.

Comments: The overall quality of workmanship is excellent as is evident by just looking at the fenders. Although it took entirely too long (2 months) to get my tube fenders, they were willing to throw in their led marker light kit for free, which saved me the time of finding one that would look good on my jeep, and the ones that they offer just look bada**.
Comments: These flairs are great. The install was trickier than suggested by TNT though - relocating everything on the driver's side fender was a project.
Tough. Good welds. Relatively easy install. Tons of room in the wheel well. Fit well against the tub--looks almost like OEM stuff.
Cons
Less engine compartment space. Fenders arrive as raw steel. Instructions could use some work.

Comments: Got the hylines. They look very cool--I get comments all the time. TONS of room for big meats. I run 35x12.5x15Rs, with a 1" body lift, and I could probably run 37s without any fit problems. Relatively easy install: I'm no mechanic, and was able to do it all in my back yard. Even cutting the hood wasn't a big deal, just measure twice, cut once, I used a cutting wheel/angle grinder. Installation instructions were okay, with a few minor issues--they didn't address how to cut the hood properly, or even give any advice along those lines. The directions also didn't describe how to properly use the included TnT battery box--had to figure that out myself (just use an Optima--its fits right in the TnT battery box, though you'll need your own hold-down strap/mechanism).
Well constructed, perfect fit! Easy to install (just takes time to figure out the placement of your accessories).
Still able to sell the OEM fenders ($$$).
Cons
Reduced space in engine compartment (Bank's CAI box wouldn't fit under-hood = fabbing new airbox).

Comments: Purchased Front Tube Fenders w/ 4.5" Flare plus the rear corners w/ welded flares to fit 35"s. Coming as raw steel, they do require finishing (I used black appliance epoxy), and test fitment is recommended. Wanting to limit the vehicle downtime I painted 1st, then made the swap (had to remove the fenders to drill holes). I'd also recommend seam sealer to limit the moisture on ALL joints that aren't welded.
Perfect Fit! Looks great!
Would make this same decision 1,000 times over!
Comments: Purchased these used off of local forum. Installation is a piece of cake. Bolts right up. Install time less than 2 hours.
