Comments: I installed the best-top 4" (front) and 5" (rear) polyurethane fender flares on my 75 CJ5 last year. These come painted black, the flares are in-mold paint during the molding process, which seems to make the paint tougher than post painting flares. I am pleased with the performance and appearance of the best-top flares.
