A good 1" body lift is often the answer to the common oversized tire rub problem. Daystar combines the popular 1" body lift with polyurethane. These are not body puck spacers that you use with your conventional mounts. Longer polyurethane bushings replace the mushy factory rubber bushings to provide less body roll over conventional body lifts. Kits also include longer zinc plated bolts and body washers. The nice thing about a body lift is that it will not compromise the vehicles handling and ride characteristics. Limited Lifetime Warranty. Available in black, red or yellow. Will allow most 31" tires to fit (depends on width and offset).

Pros: Great fit, no problems with installation.
Cons: None
Recommended? Yes

Comments: This body lift went on in about an hour. The instructions could be slightly more clear, but once lay out all the parts in their given order there's really no way to get anything confused. The only issue we had was needing to slightly clearance two of the holes in the frame for the upper mount bushings to slip into, but an air grinder and carbide die made this a 15-second job. The galvanized hardware looks good, but I'll probably throw some primer and paint on it just to kill the brightness and give a touch more protection.

Tips for Installation:
- Leave the front mount loose and install it last.
- Jack the body up about 3/4" more than you think you need...this makes the crossmember mounts simple to install.
- Check the factory fog light wiring for needed length...

Pros: Easy install
Cons: Color fades

Comments: I bought off of eBay way back for pretty cheap. Gave me clearance for 31s, I liked the looks of the red on my red jeep but the front ones faded to orange after a few years. They dont squeek and went on very easy.

Price: $100.00
Pros: Easy to install, durable, good reviews.
Cons: Don't go more than an inch or it will look horrible.
Recommended? Yes

Comments: The hardest thing about installing this was getting the old body mounts off, 20+ years of rust and mud takes it toll! Be careful not to jack up one side too far, or bad things can happen.

Price: $160.00
Pros: Looks great and comes with everything
Cons: none

Comments: Best way to get an inch on the body spec when using a 1" motor mount lift to keep everything in line. Also with only 1" you gain that in wheel clearance and less of the unsightly gap with larger body lifts.

Pros: Replaces old rubber mounts. Does not look bad
Cons: nothing at all

Comments: This 1" BL is great. The fact that it replaced old mounts while adding 1" of a lift was awesome. It was not too hard to install either.

Comments: Great product! I almost got a JKS kit, but found out that their kits reuse the existing rubber mounts. This does not. Highly recommended from reviews I read and through others on the board.
