A good 1" body lift is often the answer to the common oversized tire rub problem. Daystar combines the popular 1" body lift with polyurethane. These are not body puck spacers that you use with your conventional mounts. Longer polyurethane bushings replace the mushy factory rubber bushings to provide less body roll over conventional body lifts. Kits also include longer zinc plated bolts and body washers. The nice thing about a body lift is that it will not compromise the vehicles handling and ride characteristics. Limited Lifetime Warranty. Available in black, red or yellow. Will allow most 31" tires to fit (depends on width and offset).
Comments: Mostly good and easy to install. Make sure your old mounts separate into pieces before ording this kit. They make you reuse your old sleeves - sleeves that can rust to the bolt and can't be removed without cutting them. Sort of messes up the torqueing to spec without crushing the poly when you've cut 1/4 inch off the sleeve. Also, you'll need to buy 2 half inch longer bolts for the rear corners if you have a Garvin Wilderness Rack or presumably any other accessory that is tied to the rear body mounts.
Comments: DayStar puts out great Poly bodymounts/lifts. I replaced my stock mounts (or at least the 4 that were left) in about 45min... that included time taken to find the bar for my Hi-Lift.
Comments: It is actually a Prothane BL but this is the closest I could get to the same lift using the forum's set-up. All and all it is a good lift and it came with a t-case linkage bracket
Comments: black poly, everything I needed and easy install by myself. Had to grind a little on front tub mount holes to fit metal portion n, no big deal. Had to cut slots in fan shroud in liou of MML.
Comments: I installed this when I realized that one two of my body mounts were still attached and not broken. Installation was time consuming, but the end result was what I wanted. Holding up very well after 1.5 years.
Comments: It was actually easy to install, for a body lift. Great quality. No problems so far. I highyl recommend if you need that extra inch to clear some tires.
Comments: I had a different body lift installed - teraflex - but when we went to install the Poison Spyder Ricochet Rockers, it turns out I had to upgrade to the poly... Probably a good thing - replaced those old bushings and whatnot...
Comments: easy install, best body lift out there hands down. replaces everything, not just pucks
