Pros: Awesome in the snow. I only had them for 3-4 days, so i only aired em down to 8 p.s.i. Even at that high of a pressure, they gripped like tank tracks. just gotta stay super light on the throttle
Cons: They loooooove to dig in fresh powder. But if ya keep it in low range 1st gear with no gas, they'll chop anywhere around a good 18"-24" of fresh powder
Recommended? Yes

Comments: Definately reccomended to snow wheelers! If your a heavy foot, i wouldnt suggest these tires for you. They love to dig and just find dirt once you start to spin em. Then again i only had them down at 8p.s.i soo maybe they do better at my preferred pressure of 3lbs.

Comments: I recently purchased a set of 35/12.5/18 toyo open country M/T's. These tires are so smooth and have minimal road hum for a mud tire. I would definatly buy these again.

Pros: Good on-road traction. Above average off-road traction.
Cons: Tire wear
Recommended? Yes

Comments: I have driven these tires to the end of their life now. They lasted 23,000miles. I don't drive aggressively on the road, so I was disappointed with the tread life. I also had two of the four tires start to get out of round after 10-15,000 miles. Discount tire replaced one but not the other.
If owned BFG ATs and MTs in the past and the Toyo MTs get better traction on dry roads and much better traction on wet roads!
Off-road, the Toyo MTs do well, but I had to spin the tires up to a higher speed to get the lugs to clean out compared to both the BFG AT and MT. Traction in the dry, mud, and sand is about the same as the BFGs. Very tough tire as I never had a cut, breakage, tear or anything in the lugs and sidewalls.
I have on/off-roaded with a friend of mine that has the Toyo Open Country ATs and they seem to be a much better tire. Seems like Toyo hasn't cracked the code yet on the rubber compound in the MTs yet like they have in their ATs.
I am replacing my Toyo MTs with Pro Comp Xtreme ATs.

Pros: Low road noise, great tread wear, excellent traction virtually anywhere.
Cons: Pricey.
Recommended? Yes

Comments: I ended up buying the 33x10.5x15 about 5000 miles ago. I wasn't quite sure what to get after reading numerous tire reviews so I took a buddy with me to Les Schwabs. I definately loved the agressiveness of the tire but I wasnt quite sure what width to go with, the 10 or 12.5. Luckially my friend talked me in tho the 10.5's and im glad that I went with that width. They have been excellent in the snow and mud! My mostly stock Wrangler has out wheeled lifted and locked Wranglers and Cherokees and I give credit to the tires (and a little technique by me). If you have the extra cash to spend I would definately recommend these to anyone who wants a long lasting, agressive tire!
