The Pro Comp Xterrain's high void directional tread pattern takes over where other directional tires leave off. The Xterrain's extra thick side wall treatment helps resist scrapes and cuts, maximize a biting edge side wall for increased traction on rocks or in mud. Dualguard TM Polyester Body Plies consist of thick 2 ply polyester construction combined with a blend of dual side wall rubber allowing for maximum puncture resistance with total flexibility when using lower air pressure off road without excessive heat build up. These are fast becoming one of the most popular tires on the road today. Available now in 17 & 18” rim sizes too!

Pros: Amazing grip all around, especially in mud. Used to tow 3 much larger trucks without losing traction in mud. Never gotten stuck with these on a stock Jeep!
Cons: If you plan on going past 100, bring earplugs because you'll go deaf, but they really arent loud at slower speeds
Recommended? Yes

Comments: These tires give amazing grip on and off the road! Using these you can beat a 2010 mustang on a canyon road while also towing out big trucks in the mud! They wear a little faster but I drive them very hard so that might be why. I highly recomend these they are a great deal!

Comments: Have been a great tire so far. I use my jeep as a DD so tire noise was definitly a factor over the Mud Terrain.

Comments: This the only tire I have ever had besides the stck ones. In my opinion, they are pretty quiet on the road. When you get in the mud, they still bite even if they are caked. haven't had them in the snow or the sand yet. I picked my set of four up on CL for $450. Which is a steal. So I give em an 8.

Comments: My favorite big tire. Best I've ever run. This is the first floation tire that I've run that doesn't hydroplane in the rain. The tread does very well with all surfaces. I'm on my 4th set of x-terrains. I've also used thier mud terrains. Those were great too. Love the siping.
