Pros: Excellent off-road and snow capability for a daily driver tire. Minimal noise for the aggressive tread. They do not hydroplane at normal speeds.
Cons: Poor performance on ice. Poor fuel economy. They are noisy, just not as noisy as a dedicated mudder.

Comments: I read up a lot on tires before I settled on Pitbull Growlers. I had a local farmer run me off the road into the snow on Goodyear Wranglers. He was nice enough to stop and pull me out, 'cause I was stuck big time. That's when I decided to go with a top rated snow tire, since my Jeep is my wintertime daily driver. I can honestly say they aren't as loud as a lot of off road tires I've heard, but they aren't quiet. Let's say they're tolerable. They have excellent off road traction and work so well in the snow that I didn't realize my transfer case wasn't engaging until the snow drifts were up over a couple of feet! So far they seem to be wearing very well too. Overall, I'm very pleased with the performance (except on ice), the sound and the look. 5 stars.
