Price: $370.00 Pros: Great off road ability, beyond durable, great traction in the rocks, etc. Cons: Drive terrible on the street Recommended? Yes
Comments: I run these on my XJ buggy and love them. They bite like you wouldn't believe in the rocks and are virtually indestructible. There's a reason rock bouncers run them. I usually run them around 3-5lbs.
I ran them on the XJ prior to the buggy build briefly on the road to work periodically. Do not purchase these expecting a nice ride. They're heavy, wear like crap and bias ply so one day they'll be balanced, then all of the following week not be, etc. But know that you'll be getting a superior off road tire.
Price: $235.00 Pros: perfect in mud.
ware life isn't bad compared to other mud tires)
i have 265/70/17 and they are PERFECT tires.
i LOVE them. everything about them.
get compliments daily. Cons: people complain about the sound, but i bought these tires for performance not for quality of sound.
horrible on wet pavement. Recommended? Yes
Comments: People complain about how loud the tires are. Sure they are VERY loud, but they are top quality mud tires, what do you expect. no complaints against these tires by me.
Comments: These tires tend to be a little noisy (even for a mud tire). I am currently running 31x12.5x15 TSLs. The tires have an agressive look with nice side-biters. However, some of the alternating lugs create the most noise and wear.
Comments: I've had these tires for almost 30,000 miles and still have half the tread. I keep them rotated on a regular basis and rotate in my spare. I will be replacing them with the same thing when they ware out.
Comments: I hate these tires. Mine are 35X15.50R15's. The worst money I ever spent. My YJ drove great on Boggers and now I cant get over 25mph on a paved road with these. They bounce and shake the Jeep uncontrollably. Grip well in the dirt though
