Pros: Quiet and smooth ride on the highway
Cons: None so far
Recommended? Yes

Comments: I had Goodyear Eagle SA's that came stock on the Patriot. After 33,000 miles I started picking up nails in the tread. They were P205/70R 16's. I was happy with them up until the flat's started. I do mostly highway travel.
Today I put on a set of Goodyear Wrangler ST's size P225/75R 16's. WoW! The tire looks SO BIG on my Jeep. It looks AWESOME!
The ride home from the tire store was smoother and more quiet than before. I was worried my little Jeep would have problems with the bigger tire. I could not tell any difference in the way it handled or in the way it accelerates. I could see that it takes fewer engine RPMS to go the same speed. Now when my speedometer says 70, I'm really going 75 due to the new larger size tires. Some of the road's I travel are a little rough and bumpy. I think the extra tread on these will really help in the ride and stability for my Jeep. I was worried about some of the negative review for this tire but after riding on it I'm not worried anymore. Time will tell. I was able to get all four tires, mounted and balanced, for the great price of $423.05 AWESOME!!! Just shop around online if you want for the best price. p.s. Thanks to the other members on the Jeep forum who indicated this size tire would work fine. It does.

Update for 3/21/2014 I drove the Jeep to the beach today and figuring in the new tire size diameter I got my best MPG ever, 32.8 mpg. I am SO Happy about that! Normally I average 27mgp to work and back, can't wait to see what I get now.

Pros: Economical
Cons: Lack of road grip

Comments: The Goodyear Wrangler ST (225/75/16) tires came with the purchase of my 2011 Liberty Sport. I have used them for the last 8,500 miles and have no problems. Living in the Pacific Northwest, I encounter my fair share of rain and absolutely love how they handle in the wet weather. Although I have had limited time with these tires, I haven't had any complaints.

Pros: None
Cons: Virtually worn out in 17k miles
Recommended? No

Comments: 225/75R16 came from the factory on my 2008 Jeep Liberty. Went to rotate the tires, and noticed that they were down to 4/32" in less than 17k miles. Worn evenly front and rear so it's not the suspension. Had to replace before Buffalo winter driving.

Comments: Not had them long but look much better than a standard road tyre. I changed the old 225/70/16's for 225/75/16 ST's, look a bit meaner, fill the arch better with stock suspension and when I probably go for a 2" BB they won't look our of place. I'm not going for monster tyres at any time.

Comments: Factory OEM Tires. Not that great when wet and wear quickly. These tires have less than 30,000 highway miles on them and are getting slick. This is not the same quality as the old Eagle ST.
