i like my mtr's, not my first choice, but it was about all that was available in a 37/12.50-15 size. still is.

i love the way they grip, but they do wear a little faster than my other mud tires.

I was a little hesitant in buying my first set of "Mud Tires" (yes, I know MTR's aren't technically Mud Tires). But after some real off roading, I will never go back to All Terrains. The MTR's are a true "All Terrain" tire in my opinion. Durable as ever and have done just fine in every condition I have put them in so far. They are loud, usually wear ear plugs above 70mph on long trips. But there are much louder tires out there and I expected that with making the switch to MT's. I personally run Nokian's in the winter so that hasn't been an issue. I would reccomend these to anyone unless they were going to be spending ALL their time in the mud as I have been told there are better Mud specific tires out there.

(They are the old style MTR's btw).

I have only taken them out a few times but they did great in some sand and mud. I haven't hit any rocks yet. Nice and quiet rolling down the highway. Look great to. People are always askin to trade. haha.

I really like these tires and I'm glad I finally put them on my Jeep a few years ago. I've been through 4 different sets of tires before these since 2001 and these are my favourite so far.

Good tire overall. Nice tread depth and patter, but no sipes. When siped winter and wet traction is greatly improved.

Because the tread is different ensure when they are install it is done correctly. The tires are nicely labeled inboard and outboard, but somehow my mechanic installed them incorrectly.
Tires work great on the street and do not hydroplane easily on the highway. I drive the jeep daily and have run into no problems. The jeep actually drove better when I put the 35 x 12.5 on over the 31 x 9 Silent Armor. Honestly the MT/R w/ Kevlar are not much different in noise over the silent armor.

I've had these on my lifted XJ for a few years (32x11.5R15). They are an excellent high performance tire and have provided me excellent traction in a variety of off road conditions. The rubber compound is somewhat soft, so they also grip the road even when wet. I will only get about 12-15K miles of of them though and they are a bit noisy. They are excellent performers though.

Nice tires that I've had for over a year now and I really don't have any complaints.
