The Wrangler DuraTrac is Goodyear's Commercial Traction light truck tire developed for the drivers of multi-purpose, full-sized pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles looking for tires that play hard and work harder. The Wrangler DuraTrac is designed to be a versatile tire offering off-road competence in dirt, gravel and mud with on-road composure in dry, wet and winter conditions.
Wrangler DuraTrac tires feature a rugged tread compound that helps resist tread block chipping, chunking and tearing, especially during heavy loading and towing applications. Its symmetric tread design combines large shoulders and highly angled center tread blocks to enhance stability and traction in dry and wet conditions. Self-cleaning, stepped shoulder blocks, zigzag sipes and Goodyear's TractiveGroove Technology at the base of the circumferential grooves provide thousands of biting edges to enhance traction in deep mud and snow. Wrangler DuraTrac tires feature a rim lock that helps prevent wheel slip throughout the life of the tire and offers a built-in rim protector to help protect wheels from accidental damage on- and off-road.
Wrangler DuraTrac light truck tires are branded with the mountain/snowflake symbol to identify they meet industry severe snow service standards. Wrangler DuraTrac tires are designed to accept optional #16 metal studs to enhance ice traction.

Price: $660.00 Pros: Inexpensive, hybrid Cons: Compound is very soft. Recommended? Yes
Comments: I haven't put too many miles on them yet but they are a great looking tire and have very little road noise. I don't think they will last a terribly long time because of how soft the rubber compound feels but they should be really good in the snow and that is what I bought them for.

Price: $146.00 Pros: Awesome looking tire, fairly quiet. Amazing offroad traction Cons: Nothing i can think of. They are sitting on 15x8 rims, so tire wear is a little odd. Recommended? Yes
Comments: When i bought my jeep a year and a half ago, it had 30x9.50 radial rovers on it. I never went crawling but went through some mud, quite often, and they always pulled me though. However. These Duratracs, are 10x more aggressive, just as quiet as the ATs were. Would definitely recommend this tire to anyone that does some offroading, but needs a durable tire on road. At 146/per from tire rack, i would consider this a steal.

Price: $137.00 Pros: Good all-around tire. Well mannered on the road, does good offroad. Cons: Don't have one yet. Recommended? Yes
Comments: Does well offroad so far. Relatively aggressive tread design. Mud clears well. Goodyear claims they are great in the snow, but haven't had a chance to test that out yet. Handles very well on the road. Quiet and smooth ride. Hasn't seemed to effect fuel mileage either. Overall a very good tire. Definately recommend them, and would purchase them again.

Price: $156.00 Pros: Look great! Cons: Donno yet! Recommended? Yes
Comments: I havent gotten these on the trail. Im running 33x12.5r15 on stock wheels with spacers and a rc 3.25" lift. No rubbing while level and full turn.
Tires are quiet on the road, but look like an mt. I hope they hold up on the trail. I purchased mine for 156 a tire from discounttiredirect.com

Price: $300.00 Pros: Price shown is installed, mounted, balanced, lifetime balancing and Discount Tire Cons: None Recommended? Yes
Comments: These are some great new tires for a good price. Got 5 of them mounted and balanced at Discount tire for $1500. Got the 295/65/18 which are 33" tall and about 11.8" wide. These were the perfect size I was looking for to go with the 2.5" lift. The have agressive tread but are extremely quite on pavement.

Price: $658.00 Pros: Great ride and great looks! Cons: None yet. Recommended? Yes
Comments: Newer tire from Goodyear. Nice aggressive looks with good street manners as well. Ride is very quiet with just the right amount of hum to remind you that you have some nice all terrains under your Jeep.

Price: $472.00 Pros: Aggressive looking tread without the noise. Great in sand Cons: A little heavy Recommended? Yes
Comments: Good tire, I replaced a set of Kumho Road Venture M/T's with these in 31x10.50-15, and while the tread looks pretty aggressive, the tires are quiet going down the road at 70mph. Great on road handling, very good in sand on the beach on the Outer Banks.

Price: $725.00 Pros: More aggressive than AT less aggressive than MT Cons: New tire from Goodyear Recommended? Yes
Comments: Tires are great on and off road. On road they handle well with very little road hum. Off road they provide a high level of traction on the sandy trails that I run.
