Grabber HTS is General Tire’s Highway All-Season light truck tire developed for the drivers of crossover and sport utility vehicles, as well as pickup trucks and full-size vans. The Grabber HTS was designed to combine style, comfort, durability and performance in a tire that offers pleasant road manners and a long life, as well as year-round traction, including in light snow.

The Grabber HTS features General Tire’s Eco-Ride tread compound to improve fuel economy molded into a specially engineered symmetric tread design featuring an enlarged contact patch and General Tire’s Stabilink system of connecting bars that increase circumferential stability to enhance braking, acceleration and cornering. Response Grooves provide directional guidance for improved steering and Hydro Channels eject water from between the tread and road to increase hydroplaning resistance while three types of sipes promote traction in dry, wet and wintry weather. The tire’s internal structure includes twin, ultra-high tensile steel belts to provide brute strength while an internal cushioning system isolates the vehicle from road vibrations for a smoother ride.

Cons: Nothing

Comments: I put these tires on my wifes 2001 Pathfinder - as sson as i drove out of my buddies shop I thought we bought a new truck...
Ive never had a set of tires change the way a car/truck drove.

Weve put over 20k on them and I tell everyone i know to buy these tires - they are incredibile....

Im putting them on my 2000 WJ next month when i get my tax return....

Price: $610.00
Pros: Soft Compounds+ Tons of Siping = excellent wet/dry traction Quiet Ride, easily balanced, CHEAP!
Cons: Not really for offroad (almost un-Jeeplike)
Recommended? Yes

Comments: The ride is amazing compared to my old Yokohama Geolander A/T's, extremely quiet and smooth! Read the Consumer Report on these... They came out on top of its class for practically half the price! I bought them to replace my worn out A/T's and give me a better DD ride for my interstate road trips and everyday highway driving. The difference is night and day! Extremely quiet and smooth. I plan on getting some dedicated mud/offroad tires for my "fun" but these work great for the other 75% of my Jeep's driving. The siping and softer compounds really make a difference in the rain/slush we've been having around here in KY. Did I mention how quite they are? Haha, I will be back in 6 months to a year to report on the snow and treadwear life, but currently I couldn't be happier!
