Price: $450.00 Pros: Looks good, low road noise, CHEAP, performs good in mud, sticks GREAT to wet rocks/road. Cons: Tread chunks easily, low road mileage, thin sidewalls (ripped one on a CURB of all things) Recommended? Yes
Comments: Road mileage is kinda crappy (it is a MT ). I balance/rotate/oil change every 3k, tires have 22k on them and I give it another 3k miles before they're done. Biggest size for 15" wheels is 31's. Pepboys replaced the tire I destroyed no questions asked. Would I buy again? Yes if they start making 33's.

Dakota Definity MT
Price: $155.00 Recommended? Yes
Comments: I have AT's on it as I drive on the road most of the time. I recommend them for the price and high wear combination. If I were in the dirt alot or has a seperate set of wheels and tires I'd buy the MT's or other MT's of another brand but they wear fast as the mud terrain compound is softer wearing alot faster on pavement.

Dakota Definity MT
Pros: Cheap, great traction, Look really good Recommended? Yes
Comments: Great tire for the price. I never had any traction issues, in everything from rocks to snow to mud. Only problem I had with them is "chunking" lugs too easily, I tore a couple off right down to the steel belts. They are on a trail only rig, so not a huge deal.

Dakota Definity MT
Pros: Aggressive and good looking tread design...WITH SIPING! , Descent road manners for M/T's , I got over 40k miles out of them, and they're only 100 bucks each! Cons: Little bit of chunking, You have to get them at Pep Boys, 2 ply sidewall. Recommended? Yes
Comments: When I was in the market a little over a year ago for a new Jeep, I was specificly looking for a TJ Sahara Edition. I've wanted one ever since I saw it at the 2000 Los Angeles Auto Show. Finally, one day I came across a 2000 TJ Sahara Edition on ebay for $10,000. It had all the goodies, and it was in perfect shape! It was all stock, except for one thing. He added 31 inch Mud terrains! Very Happy Although there was one thing, they were a brand I have never heard of, so I was a little skeptical at first. But after driving on them for 40k miles, I gotta say that they have left me impressed. I did some research and found out that Definity is a marque of Cooper Tires, made just for Pep Boys. Sold at just around 100 bucks per tire, they're a great value.
As far as road manners go, they're pretty quiet for mud terrain tires. However, they are mud terrains, so you get the howling at speeds above 40, and the rumble below 25. Despite that, they behave well both on and off road, and wear evenly too. I've even done some powerbreaks with them
The only problem I have with these tires is that they tend to chunk off a little bit. But then again, I do abuse tires. They're only 2 ply, which can scare some people, but I haven't had one tear apart. But with an aggressive tread design that lasts, they look really good on a Jeep! The best part is they have siping, as opposed to BFG M/Ts that don't. Big plus. They're not the best in the rain, but I'd trust them more then the BFG's.
