Comments: I had an Everstart Maxx in my TJ since I bought it. I first started to notice it having trouble starting my Jeep after it sat for more than a couple days. Then as soon as we started getting cold weather, it finally died completely. I replaced it with a Yellow Top Optima, and havent looked back.

Comments: I've run Everstarts in my DDs (not Jeeps) for about 15 yrs. They have consistently given me at least the performance they warranty, in fact, I've never replaced one before the car was sold or traded. They have a two-year full replacement guarantee (one of the first to offer it) and there are Walmarts everywhere. I'd guess I've bought at least ten of these for my cars/trucks and those of my daughters. I run Optimas in my Jeeps, however -- my yellow-top lasted me 15 yrs and is still starting that CJ-5 for the new owners.

Comments: This battery was a replacement for my 3 year old 450CCA Everstart battery. It really frustrated me with that tiny 450, because I had a HUGE battery tray. This battery fills out the tray and gives me an additional 250CCA's. I wish I could have gotten me an Odyssey or other Sealed battery, but being as my jeep is a DD, I needed a battery on short notice. Hopefully this battery will last me at least 5 years,
