Sony's CDX-GT620IP CD receiver features "iPod Direct," an easy, ready-to-go way to get your iPod into the mobile mix. Just connect your player to the included cable and enjoy your favorite playlists, whether during your daily drive or on an epic road trip.

You'll dig what you hear when you spin a regular CD as well. The 24-bit digital-to-analog converter ensures accurate playback, with a sense of realism that'll make you want to keep listening when you pull into the driveway. And you'll find more listening options a front-panel auxiliary input accommodates other audio sources, while the receiver also plays MP3, WMA, and AAC files on disc.

Price: $130.00
Pros: a lot of adjustments for sound quality, colors that will match any jeep color
Cons: have yet to find any cons
Recommended? Yes

Comments: the deck has enough power to run all four jeep grand Cherokee stock speakers so you would not need to buy a amp to run them it will also run aftermarket door speakers very well

Price: $110.00
Pros: iPod cable included. Great sound for the price.
Cons: Scrolling through a 120gb iPod is a pain.

Comments: Not super fancy, but not ugly, this head unit fit nicely in my black interior WJ with a decent looking mounting kit. Powerful enough to run my 4 speakers + 2 tweeters, and everything sounds pretty clean and balanced. Could not ask for a better product at this price, as the iPod cable is built-in, so you don't have to spend the extra $20+ on top of the deck. Adjusting levels is quick and easy, and searching for iPod tracks is almost as natural as using the iPod itself.

Only 1 problem; there's no way to search iPod tracks/albums/artists by skipping straight to the letter you want, so if your iPod is packed full of tunes, it's gonna take a lot of scrolling to get to "Metallica".

Comments: Great for controlling iPod though dash, but it does not have a shuffle option; however, it will control just about everything else

Comments: I got this from Crutchfield with free shipping and every needed to install it into my jeep for just $159.99.It was an easy install taking just over 45 minutes with the hardest part being the soldering of the wiring harnesses. The built in ipod hookup is cool and it also has an auxilary port for other mp3 players.Sound quality is great and I am very happy with this purchase
