Pioneer Premier DEH-P860MP

AWESOME headunit. Powers all 4 speakers respectfully. Amp is needed down the road. Too many options, adjustments, screensavers to get bored with.

Mine is the DEH-680MP.. With i-pod adapter and Sirrus Sat Radio..Good unit, always had Premier head unit's, this might be the first one I've had with a "glitch in it" or my JL Audio Amp 4300..

The Pioneer SPHDA-100 is a great idea that is simply ahead of it's time. I think this should still be in the Beta test phase and not in full production! It locks up often, it doesn't always synch with my apps and there are not too many apps where it really works properly. A great sounding toy, but still WAY TOO MANY BUGS! I'd take it back if it wasn't for the fact that the Audio Store where I bought it from (Stereoland in Ventura, CA) are not interested in providing any kind of customer service.

Bought this to replace the craptastic stock sound system almost immediately after taking delivery of my jeep. It's pretty much a budget stereo system, but it works exactly as advertised and allows for either CD, radio, 3.5mm aux or iPod input. Installation was relatively easy, though the wiring diagram was difficult to understand (I had been drinking though...)
