Price: $300.00
Pros: Very clean looking, high quality. Hidden CD slot.
Cons: Need an engineering degree to use it.
Recommended? Yes

Comments: This deck is a fantastic deck. Very clean, and matches the silver trim in my WJ. My only issue is, (as stated above) you almost need an engineering degree to use it.

The equalizer basics are simple. But when you go to the advanced move, its full of wide and narrow curves, but its given to you in numbers. Studying the owners manual is required.

Aux, USB, and SAT hookups are available.

You will need the antennae adapter, a bezel, and the wiring harness.

Definitely recommend!

Comments: This head unit sounds great, works well, but stopped communicating with my ipod a few months after I bought it. Also difficult to navigate and do the normal stuff with the single main knob. All in all, a great stereo, though.

Pioneer DEH-P5000UB
Price: $190.00
Pros: Price, Looks, Flexibility
Cons: No mute button on faceplate (There is one on the remote)
Recommended? Yes

Comments: Great buy for your money. Purchased mine from Crutchfield with all harnesses and bracketry for $190 shipped. Includes all the features you could want at a great price.
Clean looks, nice blue lighting.
I use my Ipod through the Pioneer interface, and have my Zune hooked up to the AUX. All I need now is Satellite radio and I will have endless music.
Audible warning beep when you turn your ignition off reminds you to remove faceplate (you can turn it off if you would like)
4V preouts and all the other essentials you need to have a good sounding system.
Would not hesitate to buy again.

Comments: Good head unit. It does take some getting familiar with to operate. Thinking about upgrading, since the HD Radio is now available.
