Pros: iPod integration.
Cons: Bad user interface makes it a safety hazard. Color changes available but ugly unusable colors. Still have no idea how to change the date. The menu does not have a SET DATE item despite the fact that the manual says it does (I've had several people of above average intelligence read the manual and look through the menu).

Comments: Interfaces with my iPod Touch seamlessly. I can use playlists, sort by artist, genre or what ever. you can change colors too (cool feature) but the colors available seem be have picked by someone between the ages of 3-11.

The user interface is so poor, that it is a safety hazard. One could very easily crash trying to change the channel. The right nob does not change the frequency but either changes between AM/FM or does a complete channel scan. Also, there are no buttons for preset stations on the face of the unit, you have to navigate through a menu to a list of presets which you then have to select and execute. You COULD use the remote control, but on a bumpy ride, who knows where it ends up and even on a smooth road, you have to use two button combinations to activate functions like punching in the frequency directly.

This stereo would be fine for someone who never changes the station, the cd (which you have to open the faceplate to access) or between modes like iPod, SAT, HDRadio etc. Which this unit is READY for. The sound on this unit IS pretty good, I must say but because of it's lack of user-friendliness, I would have to rate this product TERRIBLE.

Comments: Actually I have a Kenwood KDC-MP828 which has the best equalizer ive seen outside of four figure touchscreen decks, great system controls (crossovers, preamps, good expandability, aux input etc). On top of that, its got an accelerometer to spit out the G-force data on your accelerations and turns
