Cons: None

Comments: If you carry digital media, this is all you need. Has an aux port, a USB port, a remote, am/FM tuner, and a CD player. Built in amp, if you have a smartphone or an iPod, this is the most cost effective (awesome) piece you need.

Price: $49.99
Pros: Cheap, aux input front, no-skip CD/CD-RW, simple installation, decently loud
Cons: blue lcd color is absurdly bright, difficult at night...

Comments: Bought this to replace the TWO stereos I've killed this summer alone thanks to my topless obsession. I bought this one because I'm poor and I frankly could not take it anymore....not having any music at all in your vehicle is dangerous. It will make you crazy as *****.

So yeah. Not a high quality unit. Not a high output unit. This is just a simple CD player. Does decently for wheeling and does not skip at all. Reads even the most oddly-formatted CD-RW's I've got laying around from my band. These usually NEVER play in any CD player other than a computer. Aux input in the front is pretty awesome. I love being able to plug my iPod in directly because I have it so full of music. USB charge port on the front of this head unit works great if you have a wussy old battery in your iPod.

I expect this unit to die similarly to the last one....wet and sparking. It's ok with me because I'm cheap and I'll probably just buy something similar. Will not buy this one again because I very much dislike how bright the display is. There is no way to adjust it or dim it which really sucks at night. I've considered making a small screen that I can just drape over it because it's so d@mn bright.
