Alpine iDA x100

Alpine's newest media receiver, made especially for ipods, but syncs at high speed with any usb 2.0 mp3 player, or any usb drive for that matter: flash, external, etc. Great buy if you can't live without your library.

Great features, love the ipod screen and mobility with the rotary knob.. little slow though. EQ settings are DEF to be desired for, so if you love tweaking your system, look into an external equalizer..

I actually have the ida-x001, which is the version behind the x100. I like the player alot, but it needs some definite improvement with the user interface. The placement of the buttons and the turn wheel are not comfortable. The turn wheel only turns half way which is annoying, but something the fixed on the ida x100.

Awesome, and it controls 2 iPods! No more messing with cd's and it even has iTunes Tagging if you have the HD module.

Very cool unit. Love full control of ipod. Don't miss CD's at all. The cable that comes with the radio works perfectly fine and is fast with the ipod. The accessories are pricey.

Ipod control is amazing. There were some problems at first but it was just the installation that was messed up. So be careful when installing. It looks great and I get a lot of compliments!

Love this radio, got it cheap as the turds at Best Buy were discontinuing the model becasue of no cd player! I hate packing around cd's! Put them all on a usb drive and hook it up!

It's actually an iDA-X303, but that wasn't an option. I am extremely pleased with this head unit. More features than my Jeep needs, but it is all very cool. Easy to use once you get basic functions down.

I bought this used from my buddy, who got it new (hellavadeal) off a forum. I don't know what they charge for these off the shelf, but I don't know if I'd buy one new. It really is awesome! Black and blue backlighting matches my blue leds on the interior too.
