Price: $149.00 Pros: Big screen, simple, video attachment for cam, Cons: Lacks some funtions I consider basic. Speed/elevation/time won't stay visible. can't save coarse, I can't seem to plot off-road coarse. Recommended? No
Comments: Great for basic drivers, finding an address. Not great for off-road use, monitoring speed, changable setting/options. The option for display of Time/Speed/Direction/Elevation will only stay up for a few seconds.

Price: $89.00 Pros: The price! Bought it at Best Buy. I see it now for 84.00 dollars. This is my first gps so really I am just amazed at what these things can do. Worth every single penny. I bought the SE4 Roadmate. Cons: Honestly I don't see any cons with this thing. I am sure you can spend 300 or 400 bucks and get something much fancier, but this thing does ALOT for 80 something bucks! 110% satisfied. Recommended? Yes
Comments: Magellan SE4 RoadMate.
I went to an office store and bought some velcro and used that to just attach and un-attach to my dash, not a big fan of the window mounts. My review is basically in the pros and cons. I was however looking at different ones in the store. I like Tom Tom, however, I found this one to be faster in response to commands. I like the option for night screen display, a nice dark contrast, I have it set that way in the gps night and day. The software is great, I like all the options and ease of use.

Magellan Roadmate
Price: $98.00 Recommended? Yes
Comments: The Magellan Roadmate 1200 is a decent unit with upgradable memory. It's response time to a deviated route is a little slow, but it's a good system for the price.
