Price: $90.00 Pros: Nice small package fits under the dash nice and all the knobs feel nice and tight Cons: Doesnt get out as far as I would like but at the same time this is a much smaller unit than some of the others on the market. Recommended? Yes
Comments: I bought this unit on the shop owners advice and I am please with the qualitly. The unit is nice and compact which was exactly what I was looking for. On the trails it is very clear and the squelch control is great. It has a PA system that works nice and my external Speaker inside the cab is crystal clear when driving down the road at 65. Over all I think this is a great value for the price if all you are looking for is something to talk to people on the trails. It doesnt have a huge range but a couple miles in the hills is nice.

Price: $0.01 Pros: Small package. PA. Aux speaker jack. Cons: none for me. Recommended? Yes
Comments: No problems with the radio itself. Fits almost anywhere you'd want it. Easy to see Ch numbers. Gain and squelch knobs. Emergency Ch9 switch.
If you have the PA on, all sounds will go through the PA. Including incoming signals from other radios.

Price: $45.00 Pros: Small
Easy to install
Cheap Cons: None Recommended? Yes
Comments: So far I love this CB Radio. I haven't tested it out too much but it seems to get good range. The only issue I am having is with engine noise through the speaker, but I think that is an issue on my end, not with the CB itself. I have to antenna mount grounded well, but I'm still working on it.

Price: $80.00 Pros: Easy to install. Good for the money. Cons: None so far Recommended? Yes
Comments: Good for the money. Survived a topless night in the rain. Using 4ft. firestik. New to the CB world, but has been good to start with. Had a perfect fit in my jeep, did not have to do any fabricating.

Price: $40.00 Pros: Great little, inexpensive CB Radio Cons: Does not work at all if Mic is disconnected. Recommended? Yes
Comments: This is truly a great little CB radio. I also have a Radio Shack handheld and a Midland 75 handheld with vehicle adapter, and this transceiver blows them both away for audio quality and range (even when using the Midland with an external K40 antenna). I chose this model because it is easy to tune-up for better power output and modulation, but it works so well out-of-the-box that I haven't bothered with the tuning.
The small size and light weight allowed me to mount it up on the JK's plastic windshield header, just above the mirror, which is the best place for good audio without adding an external speaker.

Price: $99.00 Pros: small size Cons: it's a CB Recommended? No
Comments: Good little unit not really any complaints except it's a CB with no range in the bush.
I use it as a back up for my VHF and when I'm out wheeling with folks that don't have VHF.
It's size is a bonus as it will fit just about anywhere.

Price: $65.00 Pros: RF Gain
Strong audio modulator (7w)
Excellent performance
Stays on the channel when shut down
P. A. speaker output Cons: Haven't found one yet Recommended? Yes
Comments: I've bought 3 of these great radios to install in my Jeeps over the last 15 years. I spoke with a local farmer who runs a total of 22 rigs and has them in all of them. They say they would never consider another radio.
Turning down RF gain works great when you are caravanning, since you may over-modulate at times, causing distortion or excessive clipping.
This radio fits perfectly between the steering column and the center control console on the dash of my JK. It is also not too conspicuous there.
