Pros: Small easy to hide dont even notice it when hand set is disconnected.
Cons: Non yet
Recommended? Yes

Comments: Nice being able to hide it when doors and top is off. I have a cap that sits over the spot that makes it look like a normal 12volt socket. Haven't used it much yet but will update.

Price: $100.00
Pros: Good distance, clarity, and storage in your vehicle(takes up little space)
Cons: Can't get a PA system:(
Recommended? Yes

Comments: This is an amazing product hand has worked well through some storms and it gets good distance as well. The sound from the speaker can get very loud and is pretty clear. The sound tracker feature is probably the best part because it gets rid of the screeching sound yet keeps the same performance from full squelch. I would deffinately recommend this product to someone looking for a cb.

Price: $100.00
Pros: compact, no giant box
Cons: speaker not very loud

Comments: I went with this model because of the limited space in a TJ. It is nice to have all the controls on the handset and no giant box. Speaker could be louder.

Price: $99.00
Pros: small size and works well with Versamount
Cons: none for me
Recommended? Yes

Comments: My first CB radio and I like that it can be easily removed/stowed away as the controls are in the hand piece. It also functioned well despite people saying I shouldn't mount the antenna to the tire carrier/tailgate particularly without grounding, but I still get low SWR.

Price: $100.00
Pros: very easy to learn, simple to set up, install and get going quick
Cons: handset speaker is super quiet, spiral cord could be longer, squelch varies on your range
Recommended? Yes

Comments: - took me a half hour to install and set up and i have 0 electrical knowledge
- i would hate for you to use firestik coax or utilities because they suck
- firestik II works fine but get your own coax

Price: $130.00
Pros: Soudtracker feature is great, very dependable, a lot of channels and NOAA weather
Cons: No P/A function
Recommended? Yes

Comments: This CB is great if you only need a CB. It can communicate with others perfectly and the soundtracker function cuts the static tremendously. I just wish I could hook up a P/A system to it.

Pros: Easily removable, doesn't take up much room, clear, loud
Cons: Haven't really found a place to mount handset.

Comments: I love the fact that it is very compact. Everything is the mic. Quick search for Channels 9 and 19. Saves 4 other channels. Has 10 weather channels also. A speaker can be added to the system. Compact and rugged (I have dropped it twice). Stores away nicely in the center console.

Price: $81.00
Pros: Size, install locations, ability to lock up the hand set
Cons: Need to add external speaker to make it really useful
Recommended? Yes

Comments: This is the second one of these I have owned. The first was stolen when I parked in front of my house and did not hide it. I really like this unit. I mounted it in my old radio location next to my Clinometer Gauge. I get good reception with it paired to my old K40 antenna, and us an external Speaker mounted about the driver role bar. Looking to upgrade my antenna to a Firestick.

Pros: Very compact
Cons: Requires an external speaker

Comments: Excellent unit with a very compact design that fits well in the limited space of a TJ interior. Unit preforms good. Only drawback is the speaker on the unit is barely addiquite. The use of an externaly mounted speaker is highly recomended.
