Price: $198.00
Pros: easy install, easy to remove mic for loss prevention, can add power unit to other vehicles and move CB from one to another
Cons: Mic is a bit heavy.
Recommended? Yes

Comments: Installed unit in just a few hours including the antenna and external speaker. I like the feature of being able to remove the mic for security. The external speaker is loud enough to hear while driving with the doors off. The base unit is very compact and easy to mount out of sight.

Price: $120.00
Pros: Compact, easy to install
Cons: none
Recommended? Yes

Comments: If you are considering a CB for trail use this is the one! Perfect for communication between you and the people you are on the trail with! My jeep is a daily driver and I did not want some ugly CB mounted to my ceiling like a trucker or mounted on the dash or under the seat. The compact design allows you to mount this under the dash taking up very little room. After instalation all you will see is the cord going to the mic from under your dash! Highly recomend this CB!

Pros: Easy to mount and doesn't take up much space.
Cons: None yet!

Comments: I bought this from a member on the forum and am very happy with it so far. Main use will be while trail riding with my Jeep club I recently joined. It is a requirement to have a radio to be a member and figured this one would work perfectly!

Price: $93.00
Pros: Small size Easy to install Controls are accessible
Cons: Low power out of the box
Recommended? Yes

Comments: I am surprised there aren't more CB's like this one on the market anymore. When you don't have a lot of space, an all in the handset unit like this is the perfect solution. The only down side is the power output. Manufacturers typically have the power on their radios set below the FCC allowed 4 watts to avoid fines, but the Cobra 75WXST is notoriously under powered out of the box. I've seen them as low as 2 watts! If you get a good peak and tune done on the radio they perform well, though.

Price: $80.00
Pros: Easy to install. I lock it in the center console when not in use.
Cons: None that I can think of but I don't have a lot of CB's to compare.
Recommended? Yes

Comments: I installed this in an afternoon without any hitches. Only use it for trail rides but it's been great for that. I have an auxillary speaker cord that I ran from the back of the unit and plug into the aux on OEM radio when in use so every one in Jeep can hear. When not using, I lock the unit in the center console. Cord runs across the side but has never gotten in the way.

Price: $1.00
Pros: Easy installation, Sound Tracker, handset controls
Cons: Internal speaker is not quite loud nor clear enough for me.
Recommended? Yes

Comments: This was a gift. I just installed this unit so I have not had much time to evaluate it, but thus far I am pleased with it. I like having all of the controls in the handset and it fits nicely where I hung it next to the AM/FM/CD.

Cons: low volume no pa

Price: $100.00
Pros: Good distance, clarity, and storage in your vehicle(takes up little space)
Cons: Can't get a PA system:(
Recommended? Yes

Comments: This is an amazing product hand has worked well through some storms and it gets good distance as well. The sound from the speaker can get very loud and is pretty clear. The sound tracker feature is probably the best part because it gets rid of the screeching sound yet keeps the same performance from full squelch. I would deffinately recommend this product to someone looking for a cb.
