Comments: Solid chunk of steel, comes with grade 8 hardware, I chose not to install the clip that holds strap on the hook as I have it in an upwards mounting position. Basically it holds the strap on the hook when not under tension. Three holes are in the mount, it gives you flexibility in locating it on your rig.
