Comments: This winch has been awesome for me so far. Bought it used for $1000. It has pulled me out of a alot of crap and pulled some buddies out too. I'd like to hard wire the controler so that I have a switch on the dash for it but really it's a great winch. Would recommend it. I'd also like to replace the steel cable for synthetic rope at some point as the cable will get plenty of burrs in it over time.

Comments: I just got this winch... I've been told very good things about warn and this model in perticular. So, when I saw it with a bunch of accesories on sale... I jumped. I hope to never need it but if I do. I'll have it.
First thing I did was replace the steel cable with a synthetic rope...

Comments: I've used my WARN XD9000i several times...And even with the load of a Jeep on a steep incline, it pulled that Jeep very quickly over rocks and logs...Can't wait for an H2 to beg for a winch out (Life long member of H1 & H2 recovery team) LOL
