Comments: I honestly dont think I could say anything about a Warn winch that hasnt already been said. Warn makes some of the best recovery winches on the market and has been a trusted brand name for many years. I think the newer style controlor recently released is more user friendly than the old one. There are some other pretty good brand winches out there and some probably cheaper than a Warn winch, but then you get what you pay for.

Comments: Awesome winch and the integrated solenoid works well with the ARB bumper. Never had an issue with it. Hope to add synthetic rope to it one day.

Comments: Outstanding winch, perfect for Jeep, shame that Warn stopped making them to make larger profit off the Xd9000s. I try to keep the steel cable clean and wound good. So far over 10 necessary vehicle pulls and no fails in 5 years. The free spool handle was removed to lubricate the rubber gasket which became stuck and didn't allow free spool. Works perfect after a little oil. Recommend not wetting winch when washing vehicle to keep little gaskets working.
