Comments: I got this for Christmas. So free was awesome for me. 8,000lbs was also a plus. Came with everything I needed: Winch, roller, cable, and two controllers. One wired for connecting to the winch itself, and one wireless controller.

I have never seen a winch with a wireless controller. That was amazing.

Unfortunately, through shipping the electronics case on the winch was broken. Got wet, due to snow, but still works fine. Also, if you do receive one of these winches, do yourself a favor. Unspool all the cable, and spool it in yourself. It's very loose upon arrival.

Sure, winching speeds aren't fast. This one is rather slow. But for, I believe $250, it's not bad at all. Besides, the wireless controller looks pretty neat sitting up on the sun visor like an imitation garage door opener.

And it can be used like one, too. Albeit crudely.
